From Leesburg
Take HWY 27 South to Clermont. Make a left onto Citrus Tower Blvd (Friendly’s Ice Cream on the corner). Go a half mile on the left is Hatteras Ave.  Building is at the corner of Hatteras Ave and Citrus Tower Blvd in the Clermont Commons Business Park.

From Polk County/Davenport/Haines City
Take HWY 27 North to Clermont. Make a right onto Citrus Tower Blvd (Friendly’s Ice Cream on the Corner) Go a half mile on the left is Hatteras Ave. Building is at the corner of Hatteras Ave and Citrus Tower Blvd in the Clermont Commons Business Park.

From Orlando/Ocoee/Winter Garden
Take West Colonial towards Ococee and Winter Garden. The street name will change to HWY 50. Take HWY 50 all the way to Clermont. You will pass Target Shopping Center. The next light is Citrus Tower Blvd. CVS Pharmacy and Perkins is on the corner. Make a right turn. Pass the Soutlake Hospital and about a half a mile on the right is Hatteras Ave (Clermont Commons Business Park) make a right turn and the building is to your immediate left. You should see Jan’s Party Rental.

From Brooksville:
Take Hwy 50 East toward Orlando. You will pass through Center Hill, Mascotte, Groveland, and Clermont. Once you get into Clermont. You will pass under Hwy 27 and make a left turn on Grand Hwy (K-Mart Shopping Plaza) go a mile and a half until you come to Citrus Tower Blvd. Make a right turn. Go a quarter of a mile to your left is Hatteras Ave (Clermont Commons Business Park) the building is located on the corner.
